I have upgraded CUCM 4.1(3) to CUCM 6.0. But Cisco CallManager service is not running, though it is activated.
I have not uploaded the phones and node licenses yet. Would Cisco CallManager service not run without license or it is a different issue?
Can please someone point me to where I should look?
I beleive you are most correct here! The CCM Service will not start until the Licenses have been loaded and the nodes rebooted.
