Hello,
We have a problem with the interpretation of several commands on a Gatekeeper. When we do a âshow gatekeeper callsâ we can see there is no call. But if we do at the same time a âshow gatekeeper statusâ there is some different information in the âCurrent Remote Bandwidthâ field.
GK1#sh gatekeeper calls
No active calls.
GK1#sh call active voice compact
<callID> A/O FAX T
Codec type Peer Address IP R<ip>:<udp>
GK1#sh gatekeeper stat
Gatekeeper State: UP
Load Balancing: DISABLED
Flow Control: DISABLED
Zone Name: GK-1
Accounting: DISABLED
Endpoint Throttling: DISABLED
Security: DISABLED
Maximum Remote Bandwidth: 1152 kbps
Current Remote Bandwidth: 416 kbps
Current Remote Bandwidth (w/ Alt GKs): 1024 kbps
After a RELOAD :
GK1#sh call active voice compact
<callID> A/O FAX T
Codec type Peer Address IP R<ip>:<udp>
GK1#sh gatekeeper calls
No active calls.
GK1#sh gatekeeper stat
Gatekeeper State: UP
Load Balancing: DISABLED
Flow Control: DISABLED
Zone Name: GK-1
Accounting: DISABLED
Endpoint Throttling: DISABLED
Security: DISABLED
Maximum Remote Bandwidth: 1152 kbps
Current Remote Bandwidth: 0 kbps
Current Remote Bandwidth (w/ Alt GKs): 352 kbps
So my question is: what does fields âCurrent Remote Bandwidthâ and âCurrent Remote Bandwidth (w/ Alt GKs)â means? And how are they calculated by the gatekeeper?
Thanks for your help,
Florian
