Dear ALL,

call manager is at central site and in one of the branch offices we need cisco unified IP IVR. does this cisco product has any constraint to work over the WAN link . as branch office and central site are connected via 6 Mbps SDH link.

Hi, 6 mpbs is about 65 calls in g711, is that enough for your needs ?

branch office has an IVR + voice gateway,

users will dial a pilot number (branch office number) and will get the IVR service(options)

which will be configured only with in branch office.for central office we have differnt IVR.6 mbps link is 10 % utilized and most likey for data network it would be only this much. so i think as of now bandwidth is not the issue. but as you specifically asked .. m i missing any thing ?

and also please help me to clarify as branch office IVR will register to call manager at cenral site ..do you see any issue in this.

IVR can install and communicate to call manager over WAN link.
