Hello,

two aaa radius servers configured, the authentifications works, failover works, local authentification works when no server is available (configured this way).

But, when the radius servers are down, a "show aaa server" is showing that they are UP.

In logs i get "marking server fail" and imidiatlly "marking server up", and he retry and do the loop.

This behavior is on C7206, WS2960.

It is not on WS3750, WS7609, WS4500.

IOSs:

7k9 -> 122-18-SXD6

4k5 -> 12.2-20-EWA

7k2 -> 12.3

3750 -> 12.2-25-SED1

Someone else had this?

Thanks

Ciprian

You can refer this bug for more information:CSCsh26203

AAA dead server detection:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_3t/12_3t7/feature/guide/gt_adsd.html

that bug is not related to my problem, aparentlly if i put "radius-server deadtime 5" the problem is solved.
