Where when we redistribute eigrp route into ospf along with the subnet Keyword we assign a Metric?

Hi Ali
You can if you want to but if you don't OSPF will use a default metric of 20 to all routes except BGP routes which it assigns a metric of 1 to.
So if you are not happy with the defaults then you can change them. But if you don't specify them the routes will still be redistributed.
You can also specify the metric type when redistributing into OSFP ie. E1 or E2. E2 is the default.

Hi Ali,
The "subnets" keyword is used to redistribute also the subnets, not only the classful networks.
If you do not specify the "subnets" keyword, OSPF will only redistribute those routes that have classful prefixes.
If you don't have classful prefixes in your EIGRP domain, no routes will be redistributed at all without the "subnets" keyword.
