Hi guys,

one of our sensors is currently having problems not wanting to scan any traffic. when we reload the sensor we get the follow error

"errorMessage: SignatureDB: TcpRootNode non-zero refcount (1st pass) - exit destructor name=errUnclassified" and then the sensor justs default into bypass mode again.

does anyone have an idea of what happened and what do I need to do to fix this.

thanks.

Will.

The error indicates that the internal data structures have not completely cleaned themselves up. But this is not a big issue as it may happen during a normal shutdown. Check the memory and CPU load of the device. You may need to install more memory on the sensor.
