PRI line to CallManagerExpress - enabling caller ID?

Hi,

How to enable the caller id? When a call arrives from outside via PRI lines to call manager express the users do not see caller ids. How to enable it ?

Like Dave also suggested, there is no caller number in the setup message, so you have to raise the issue with your telco.

Check with your SP that Caller ID is enabled.
