Reception/Operator Setup

Hi Guys,

I am setting up a new site in Nederlands by using the existing infrastructure in UK.

Callmanager: 4.1(3)

Unity: 4.0(5)


I would like to instal the below setup. Could you please guide me/give your inputs?


If user dials the main number,

First it should come "WElcome promt - Press 1 for English and Press 2 for Dutch"

If user presses 1 (For English)

1 for xyz department

2 for abc department

3 for Reception

After user presses 3,

key 1 should ask the extension number and after pressing extension number it should forward accordingly

Key2 should ask the user to enter the first four characters, search the Corporate directory and route to the desired extension.

If user presses 2 (For Dutch)

Same setup like above.


I would really appreciate if someone guide me with step-by-step (like where I need to create CTI Route points, where can I map the keys to particular destination, etc.)
