I have a 2811 router with a PRI coming in and Unified Communications Manager Business Edition 6.0. We are receiving the caller id number and not the name on the phones. Any advice on what to look for?

First things first, is your Service provider sending calling Name? If yes
If you are using MGCP, Under your T1/PRI settings, try checking "Send Calling Name In Facility IE"

The service provider indicates they are sending name and we are using H.323.

Which switch type is that? If the name is sent asn.1 encoded (easy to see with debug isdn q931), you need
voice service voip

Last time I checked....H.323 does not support caller ID name.
