PRI Link from 3845 to AS5300

We have an AS5300 that is currently utilized as for our PPP dialup clients. We recently installed a new Cisco phone system so we would like to route the PRI that was strictly used for dial in access to our regular local hunt group of PRI circuits. To do this I am trying to run a T1 crossover cable from controller 4/0/0 on the 3845 to controller t1 1 on the AS5300. The PRI from ATT is connected on 4/0/1, and is up and registered in call manager. I cannot get the link to come up between the 3845 and the AS5300. The 3845 is the unit that interfaces with CallManager via MGCP. Here is my configuration for both:

3845:

controller T1 4/0/0

framing esf

clock source internal

linecode b8zs

pri-group timeslots 1-24 service mgcp

interface Serial4/0/0:23

no ip address

encapsulation hdlc

isdn switch-type primary-ni

isdn protocol-emulate network

isdn T310 120000

isdn bind-l3 ccm-manager

no cdp enable

AS5300-

controller T1 1

framing esf

clock source line secondary 1

linecode b8zs

pri-group timeslots 1-24

interface Serial1:23

no ip address

encapsulation hdlc

dialer-group 1

isdn switch-type primary-ni

isdn incoming-voice modem

Any advise would be very much appricated.
