Associating a Driver to Edge WAE's Printer

Hi,

I am trying to add a printer to my edge wae printer server but it for some reason I can not associate the drivers to the printer. Each time I follow the instructions in the cisco manual to associate the driver, I get a grayed out interface at the point where I have to choose PROPERTIES after I right click on the printer. Because of this, I can not select any driver to associate with.

Could someone please help me to resolve this issue?

Are you logged into the Windows workstation using the Print Admin credentials configured in the CM?

Enter the following command in the Run window on the Windows client:

\\wae_netbios_name

And you should first double click on the printers and fakses icon (you'll enter to this folder) and then right-click on the printers.
