We commonly use call handlers to give the user the option to dial an extension at any time. Problem comes if the caller dials an incorrect extension. Unity does let the caller know it does not recognize it as a valid entry but rather than giving us the the option to loop or repeat the current call handler, Unity sends caller to the Opening Greeting call handler. Would like the option to loop or go to different call handler if an invalid extension is entered. Any thoughts or ideas appreciated. Thanks, Tim
