Unity 5 missing DTMF?

Unity 5 on CCM 5.0

System appears to miss dtmf if dialing at quick (normal) speed. Works ok if dial each digit slowly.

Affects internal and external calls.

Is there adjustment for the dtmf timers in Unity?

Hi, is this happening when this is an outside caller? (if it is what kind of GW is this MGCP or H.323), what happens to an internal (local) caller? have you verify on the GW or CCM trace if the DTMFs are being received and sent?

I think it's fixed. Could be caused because CCM is temporarily "behind" the legacy PBX so incoming voice levels could be low.

I ran the set volume utility and reduced Unity by 2 db from -26 to -28. Tested ok after.
