Can't discover IP phones with CNA 5.3

CNA 5.3 discovers IP phone like "N/A Unreachable:Unknown status".

I must mention that IP phones is attached to non-cisco switch and that switch is connected to 2851 CME.

The phone should be plugged into a cisco device that is a member in CNA community for it to show up correctly in CNA topology - CNA only queries the community members that are actively managed to see what is attached.
