SIP Error on CCME

Chuan Liu

I have one remote CCME and one home CCME. Calls from remote local to home local ( to bypass toll charge) hit remote ccme, go through a SIP proxy(VoiceMaster) and hit home ccme.

The call is not working. 'debug ccsip message' and 'debug ccsip error' on the home ccme are as follows. Can someone help me understand unsolicited notify absent and internal server error?

Hi, it seems to me you're trying to have one ccme do sip to sip calls. That requres ip-to-ip gw image, the ones that ends with _isv, and "allow connections sip to sip" under voice service voip.

Hi,

"allow connections sip to sip" is configured on both ccme. Some numbers are working, some are not, even the configs are exactly similar.

Well, the thing is that without an _ivs image, you are not guaranteed that ip to ip calls do work.

You may want to place the call from the CME where these debugs were taken and not go through the SIP trunk to see if the call can be placed successfully.

I've seen the 500 internal server error message when the gw cannot properly route the call.
