Wrong Gateway on VPN Client

I have one user that whenever they connect to my VPN concentrator no traffic is going accross the tunnel. When I do a route print I can see that the gatway information is all wrong, it should be the same as their VPN interface but it is instead the address of their local gateway. I've tried uninstalling and installing different version of the client but am unable to resolve the issue. I have many users that are connecting to this same concentrator without issue. I think its something very easy I'm just missing. Can someone fill me in.

Hi Mark

1) Make sure the local gateway of VPN client supports VPN passthrough and in enabled state

2) Make sure following command is issued in VPN concentrator

crypto isakmp nat-traversal 20

3) Make sure the IP subnet of main office that you connect to, does not cover the IP range subnet of local gateway (for ex: Main off IP 192.168.1.0/24, local gateway 192.168.1.0/24

4) Install the latest (at least 5.x) version of VPN clent

Regards
