How to check call logs

Hi,

How can i check the call logs(calls made, to which number it was made etc.)

from the call manager(version 5.1). Please guide me how I can view the above from the call manager.

Rajesh,

You need to go to serviceability->control center and start the cdr services.

Then go to

https://callmanager:8443/car/Logon.jsp

logon with the default passwords

then run a report. User report ->bills->department and select the users you want to run. that will give you a list of who they called and when and for how long.

in CUCM there are no default passwords, you need to add a user to the CAR Admin group in order to log into CAR

It's not like previous versions in which the 1st logon was with admin/admin and then you added users.

In this and 6.x release you need to add users to the group PRIOR to login in.
