Hi Ashish,

First I suggest you to decide which certification you would like to achieve.

Here is the link to the choice of certificates available at Cisco.

http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/learning_career_certifications_and_learning_paths_home.html

The table here outlines the paths that you can walk from left to the right.

For the 1st step it is suggested to take the CCNA certificate, which gives you a solid ground to everything else in networking.

Then you can go 6 directions:

- general routing and switching: CCNP , CCIE R&S

- Design: CCDA, CCDP, CCDE

- Security: CCSP, CCIE Security

- Service provider: CCIP, CCIE Service provider

- Storage Networking: CCIE Storage

- Voice: CCVP, CCIE Voice

Cheers:

Istvan
