Hello, i have difficulties configuring call pickup group notifications with CUCM 6.1.
I have configured pickup group, apply pickup group on phone's lines then activated notification on the pickup group settings.
Test scenario: i placed dn 1000 and 1001 in pickup group number 800 and call dn 1000 from extension 2000 => there is no notification on 1001.
I have checked enterprise and callmanager service parameters and also phone's line pickup settings which are using default system parameters...
