does anybody know how to configure the attendant console to auto pop up when a new call is in the queue or presented to the console. Iam using broadcast mode in the queue.

Hi Dave,


Have you tried to use this method to enable / disable "Pop to Top" on AC


Note: To toggle the pop-to-top feature on and off, press Alt + P.
