In UCCX 5.0, we can make a schedule call back when doing outbound campaign. But does anyone know that where it stores those information for call back?
We have some in-house applications for outbound campaign and would like to see if we can log these callback information in our application.
As in UCCE outbound dialer implementations, the callback is stored in the database in Logger. don't know if it's the same for UCCX dialer
