I have configured some call handlers however I can not remove the "Wait While I transfer your call.." I have ticked the box`s to remove it but still it keeps playing- any Idea what I`m missing. When you call into the Unity via Call routing it plays then straight away before my greeting "WelcomE to the Widget company foR sale press 1 etc" - it also plays it on every @sub transfer2 transfer " PRESS1 FOR SALES, PRESS2 FOR HELP... "
This is the wav files that plays that greeting. You can put a blank wav file in place of that if you want. Not sure if it is suggested practice, but I have done it before.
