I would like to know to ask if 7960 IP phone configure 2 lines, e.g. Line 1 is 4000 and Line 2 is 4001, then can I know from Missed Call Log that how many x4000 missed call and how many x4001 missed call?

Hi Mike,
You would have to manually check for the called number for each missed call to find out which extension has got how many missed calls.
Ex- If you have 2 missed calls, you would have to go to each missed call >> More >> Details.
You would get the called number and the calling number and the time.

How about how to get a report for all the missed calls with the above scenario? can someone tell how? i.e. by sql, ART,...etc.

If you run cucm 5.x then you can see the different lines via the more key once you press the missed calls
