What is the difference between CCNA 640-802 and 640-801?

Answered Question

The current CCNA exam number is 640-802. I have books for the previous i.e. 640-801 exam. Can you please tell me which are the new topics included in 802 exam.

Also is there any difference in the question style in the two papers?

I have this problem too.

Here's the exam topic links. As you can see, 640-802 Exam Topic is more comprehensive than its predecessor.

I can't comment on question style as it will violate NDA.

Hey I have just successfully passed my 802 exam. The difference is along the lines of security and wireless.

I used the Todd Lammle book.

2 x Switches & 2 x Routers.

Studied solid for 3 weeks following on from my hands on experience. Tough exam but very rewarding.

Firstly congratulations on passing your exam and Thank You for the reply.

I am also using Todd Lammle right now(also got ICND2 book). But i will have to use simulators for switches and routers i think.

Got 3 or at maximum 4 weeks before the exam.

Thank You
