Has anyone configured this using SIP instead of H323? Just curious if it can be done, the documentation is a bit hazy on this particular subject.

It doesn't work with SIP (yet). Per the SRND, Post Call Survey is only available for CVP with H.323

The restart to alternate dnis capability was to be introduced with SIP in cvp 7. However, it has yet to happen. Is there a timeline from Cisco?
