We are using Cisco Call Manager 4.3 with IPCC Express 4.1 and using extension mobility for our contact centre agents. We are having a problem in extension mobility.
Call Manger 4.3 172.16.1.10
Firewall 172.16.1.0 192.168.1.0
Contact Centre Agents 192.168.1.176 - 185
we have successfully implemented security between server and agent using Cisco Firewall and everythings going fine but when we want to connect an agent PC for extension mobility service its says NO HOST FOUND while when we change its ip address and use 172.16.1.X network the extension mobility works fine. then we also allow open complete IP on firewall to communicate with CCM but still its show NO HOST FOUND.
Please help in this regard.
