It depends on the interface you are using for the LOOP. So on VXR you can installed the DS3 card becasue it is having mid plane characterstics. Even you can get the loop if you are using STM card o particular KLM you can ask the provider to give you the LOOP. If you are using ethernet interface then loop is not possibl. You can ask the provider to perform the ethernet testing with the help of BERT meter and provide you all the details.
