I downloaded the correct locale (NL) for my 7941 and 7961 phones.
The 7941 updates correctly, the 7961 fails and remains US. How can I troubleshoot this?

Look, these files are not available:
Mar 6 11:27:24.581: TFTP: Looking for Dutch_Netherlands/mk-sccp.jar
Mar 6 11:27:24.865: TFTP: Looking for United_States/g3-tones.xml
When the are, you see "Finished" after the tftp transfer completes.
Use the alias option to specify correctly the files that phone wants.

Strange because they are really the same phone. Anyway, enable "debug tftp events" and "term mon". Do a factory reset on the phone, power off, power on with # pressed, press in sequence 123456789*0#. Make sure you have term61.default.loads in the router when you do this.
