Unity 5 (with Domino) and Attendant Console

Guy's I'm new here so go easy on me!! I'm trying to setup a simple Attendant Console from CallManager 5.1 for our reception. I want calls that are not answered by the receptioist to forward to Unity. From there they will get a greeting saying reception is busy and it will then forward the call back to the hunt pilot for AC. It works but after the message from Unity, you get exactly 4 seconds of hold music. How on earth do I change this???

I have this problem too.
