Single VPN User Unable to Connect

I'm running a Cisco ASA 5510, with version 7.2(3) software. VPN Client Software is The client is running on a Windows XP computer with all updates. Windows Firewall is off, and user is behind a home firewall.

I have numerous users that are able to connect but one who cannot since last Thursday. I had her remove and reinstall the pre-configured client, but she still cannot VPN. Some debug and VPN Client Log File info is attached.

Problem solved. The user's network password had expired. Working on a way for her to get prompted to enter a new password.
