Hi
What can I do when the manager does not have sequential numbers, the type (manager 1, extension 1034; manager 2, extension 1123, manager 3 extension 2134)? The callmanager supports only 1 CTIRP not is?

Yes only 1 CTI RP.
Add multiple DNs to that CTI RP

Hi
But, what? I don't create a DN like XXXX.
Thanks

Sorry I dont understand what you mean.
XXXX can create some unexpected behaviours in your current dialplan.
That is why multiple Directory Numbers in the same CTI RP are the recommendation

Ok.
Now another question or a better understanding. I read the pdf on the site and would aid in understanding.
To use the proxy IPMA line (without wizard) I create.
1 new partition and apply it in the DN Manager
1 new partition and apply it in the DN Assistant
1 new partition and apply it in the DN IPMA
In CSS existing of Assistant I'll add the new partition IPMA and Manager
In CSS existing of Manager I'll add the new partition IPMA and Assistant.
In others CSS existing I'll add the new partitions of Manager and Assistant
It is this?

Is IPMA partition used for CTI RoutePoint?
If it is,I think
In CSS existing of Assistant should add the existing everyone partition and new Manager partition.
In CSS existing of Manager should add the new partition Assistant and everyone partition.
In others CSS existing should add the new partitions of IPMA and Assistant
(because users should not call manager's number directly .in stead ,they call the RoutePoint, which will be directed to the Manager's DN)

How do you create multiple DN for the same route point? I understand the other guys confusion because I'm confusted too. Can you please explain?

you can add many DNs in the RoutePoint configuration(100,101,etc),Also you can just add 10X as the DN
CTI RoutePoint Configuration

I assume this is the config from a 5.X or 6.X CCM by the "Location = hub" per your example above.
So how would you do this in a 4.X or 3.X?
