WIC-1ADSL not recognized

Hi,

I have a WIC 1ADSL connected to th 3rd slot of a 2811 router which is not recognized. The other 0-2 slots already contain three wic adsl's, which detects and working no problem.

The problem WIC shows threee LEDs lit stable(CD,LP,SP). The version of the IOS is, 12.3(8)T8.

Please help how to solve this issue.

Seems faulty WIC, reseat in slot or swap cards around.
