When trying to find a person in the corporate directory from a cisco phone, i'm getting "xml error [5]!" message very often. How can this problem be resolved?

Can you make sure the combined first name and the last name of users in the directory is less than 32 characters long.

This error occurs only for several characters. Combined first name and last name is less then 32 characters long...

I talk about regular letters of the alphabet :-)
For instance, when i enter just "K" for the name or the second name, this brings the described error.

Could it be that the results of your search "k" returns invalid characters?
So it is not the value you enter as searchvalue, but the characters / names you get as response.
