One Cisco IPT (7940) as SIP Phone

If we upgrade the firmware of any IPT for SIP, call manager upgrades it to the all IPTs of the same model (7940).

I want to configure only one IPT (7940) as SIP phone.

What is the procedure?

I have this problem too.
