Can I change the display of an IPT (Cisco 7940)? I want to change it with my company logo or even cisco logo.

Search for IP services. There are a lot of samples, that can be attached to the IDLE textbox in the phone configuration on the CalManager

You can create a .PNG file within any paint package and upload to your CUCM. From here you can apply this to your device.
