say u have a setup like R1 -- MPLS

Internet

access-list 100 permit tcp any any eq 80

route-map test permit 10

match ip address 100

set ip next-hop

interface

ip policy route-map test

Have multiple routes so that your MPLS traffic falls back over to internet during failure

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 100
