Hi all.
I have an issue with CAD6.1 and IPCCX 4.0(4)SR01.
Sometimes, apparently with no correlation with other events, CAD goes to NOT READY STATE.
Some idea?

Hi Alessandro,
most likely reasons is a call delivery failure.
Could you please raise a TAC SR on this providing CAD and MIVR logs including agentid/extension and relevant time?
