WAE Not Synching Up

Though a Central Manager is configured to control two WAE between two buildings the two WAE are not handshaking therefore not sending data. Anyone seen this before and have a possible solution to try?

The only thing I can think is that when you did the cms enable command on the WAEs the Central Manager wasn't available on the network.

The WAE must be connected to the network and able to communicate with the Central Manager for the “cms” command to work. It fails because it can't generate the certificate. Timeout is 15 seconds and states it was “unable to register.”
