NAC-VLAN Mapping

Hi guys,

I'm currently configuring NAC for my network. I have selected VGOOB deployment. I have 14 VLANs with IDs 21 through 34. My trusted servers are on VLAN 1. Do i need other 14 VLANs for authentication(i.e VLANs to map my access VLANs)? Each VLAN is getting IP addresses

from a DHCP server. If i will need 14 more VLANs i will need also 14 dhcp pools to be defined on the DHCP server to serve those authentication VLANs.

regards,

Stanslaus.

There is no need to map access vlans to 14 other vlans. You can configure the same DHCP server as a part of all the vlans but having different IP pools for different vlans.
