CallForwardAll to long distance number

This is annoying me that I can't remember how to resolve this.

We're running CCM 4.1(3). Anytime someone tries to do a CallForwardAll to a long distance number, they get a "...your call cannot be completed as dialed..." message.

How Do I allow my users to CallForwardAll their extensions to numbers in other area codes? Thanks in advance.

Hi BC,

Check the Call Forward All CSS (Calling Search Space) on the Directory Number config page. Ensure that the Call Forward All CSS has access to a Long Distance CSS.
