Organizational Unit in DC directory

If you are maintaining the Organizational Unit (OU) information in DC directory, does this information replicate over with CCM database? If so, does it map to "department" field in CCM or any other field? CCM version in this case is 4.1.3.

AFAIK the information is kept separate in each, one is the USER directory and the other is the CUCM DB.

there are some scripts in the pages and in CAR that join the information from both to display it or to push it into the DB

if you look into CDR that's raw data, if you look into ART when the upload process runs the info from CDR and directory is combined and now you see DN and who owns it.
