Hi all. In a little unfamiliar territory here and have a few questions concerning this. I have an IVR that I have been asked to move over from one callmanager 3.x to another callmanager 4.x. My understanding is that all this IVR does is just provide information, and nothing else. What would I need to do, or find out, in order to have this migrated from one older callmanager to another newer one? Any help on this would be appreciated.

What you definitly need is upgrading your JTAPI. After Insatlling your CCM 4.1 go to the administration Page -> Application-> Install Plugins-> Download the Cisco JTAPi , go to your IVR and install it.

The Callmanager 4.x is already installed and running. They just want to move the IVR portion from an old callmanager 3.x to the 4.x server, that is already running and working in their environment. Does that clarify the situation and what I might need to do?
