IPSEC could not transmit ESP packet: cTCP packet prepend error, SA=0367efcc

Can anyone tell me what the following error messages mean? also is there a reference I can go to, to look up further error messages as the need arises?

Note: I've checked the usual referenecs, but have found nothing.

The error messages:

12705 02/19/2008 07:57:49.370 SEV=6 IPSEC/43 RPT=62337 xx.181.103.148

IPSEC could not transmit ESP packet: cTCP packet prepend error, SA=0367efcc

12706 02/19/2008 07:57:53.630 SEV=6 IPSEC/42 RPT=3411 xxx.187.249.34

Replay window failure (rcv'd 16102, current 16102) - discarding packet!

This means the lifetime of security parameters are no longer valid. They are to be renewed.
