B-ACD/AA pickup from queue

Hi, is there any possibility to pickup calls which are waiting in the queue?

Everything works fine with the script. I get the notify on the phone there is 1 call in queue.

If no agent is logged in while the call is sent to the queue the caller is hearing MoH and the announcement all agent busy. Now the agent logs in and get no chance to catch the call.

Any suggestions?

in my case once the agent login his phone rings.

Also i beleive there is a param with the time in the queue that you can play around but not sure about it
