Pickup notification

Hi,

is it possible to set the Pickup notification for individual users to different settings in CUCM 6.0? I can only find the global "Call Pickup Group Notification Policy" configuration within the pickup group. But some users dont want a audio notfication...

I have this problem too.

each call pickup group has this parameter:

Call Pickup Group Notification Policy

have you tried that?

It's not for individual users but for all the users who are part of the group, BTW this cannot be set per user (unless EACH user is in his own pickup group)

Hi,

I think Ive found the solution.

There is a Call Pickup Group Audio Alert Setting Phone Idle and Phone Active directly in the DN menu. There You can set the alerting per user.
