This is a bus error crash which can be sw or hw related. I would sugest opening a case with TAC and provide then show tech, crashinfo, sh log, syslogs and information regarding the last hw/sw changes that were made on this router.
If the router is in a loop, console into the crashing supervisor and capture console text and attach it to the case.
