Q.SIG version with CUCM 6.1

Hi,

I have to do a Q.SIG interconnection between an AASTRA MATRA 6550 and a CUCM in 6.1 version, and I want to know what is the Q.SIG standard support by tehe CUCM?

Hi Julien,

Cisco support both version of QSIG. The names of the version depends on the vendors.

For Cisco, it supports ECMA QSIG, which corresponds in QSIG Version 1. It also supports ISO QSIG, which is QSIG version 2.

The default is ISO QSIG, you can change it under Service Parameters(Advanced View)>QSIG Variant, and ASN.1 ROSE OID Encoding.

The CLIP, Callback and forward features are working with both version.
