Hi folks,
probably somebody has an idea...
We use callmanager 4.2(3) in our company. Additional, almost everybody uses a mobile phone.
When co-workers call their colleagues in the office by their mobile phones, the display of the IP-Phones show the calling number of this mobiles of course (as long as they don't suppress sending the number...)
But instead of displaying the mobile numbers it would be a great feature, to show the name of the co-worker instead (or additionally)
A list of the names and the corresponding mobile numbers is available.
But how could this be accomplished, that the phone gets the name additionally in accordance to the mobile number sent by the caller?
Any idea?
Thanks in advance,
Joachim
