Sorry if this has already been asked; I could not find a previous thread in any forum. Is it known if there is a plan to have a Contact Center CCIE track?
we have been discussing this for long, no long term decision on this, currently we have 3 specialisation available, being:
UCCX, UCCE and CVP.
UCCE Design Exam - 642-241
UCCX Implementation Exam - 642-164
and so on.
