UC520 and Unity issue

when you call into the main number you reach an auto attendant. when you go thru diff prompts and reach a VM you are able to record a message. however, unity is not picking up the recording. well we RMA'd the blade and replaced it. copied the config over and uploaded the script and now when calling in you get about 6 rings and a failsafe message saying "system is currently experiencing problems and cannot process your call" . did we miss something when copying over the config? also when someone initializes their mailbox and records their recorded name unity wont recognise it. we then took the new blade out and put in old and it picks up AA again.


any ideas?
